Qualifications

• Strong working knowledge of the poultry industry across Grandparent, Parent Stock and Broiler operations.
• Experience with a CRM system; Microsoft Dynamics 365 is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong command of the English language; knowledge of Arabic and French is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver customer-focused technical support to improve flock performance and customer relationships.
• Engage with customers through regular technical visits and quarterly/biannual reviews.
• Develop and monitor customer improvement plans and track performance trends.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align technical recommendations with commercial objectives.
• Ensure accurate data capture and reporting in CRM and internal systems.
