Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in medical devices industry and hospital setup.
• Extensive knowledge of the KSA market is a must.

Responsibilities

• Install and troubleshoot ASP systems, perform planned maintenance and validations.
• Create open communication with customers and proactively develop technical solutions.
• Collaborate with sales and clinical education teams to deliver high-value customer solutions.
• Manage documentation and compliance for assigned territory, including service records and trainings.
• Travel locally, regionally and internationally as needed to support customers.
