Job summary

Alfa Laval in Jubail, Saudi Arabia, seeks a Field Service Engineer to perform installation, commissioning and maintenance of high‑speed separators and plate heat exchangers. You will diagnose electrical and PLC issues, mentor customer crews, and deliver on-site solutions while ensuring safety and quality standards.

The role requires 2–5 years field service experience, strong English communication, and the ability to travel regionally.

Qualifications

• Engineering background / Electrical / Automation/ Mechanical; hands-on experience preferred.
• Process control instrumentation and industrial networking knowledge is advantageous.
• 2–5 years field service experience with electrical/mechanical equipment including heat exchangers and separators.

Responsibilities

• Perform installation, commissioning, inspection, repair and maintenance of Alfa Laval equipment.
• Troubleshoot Electrical/PLC controls and train customer staff on equipment.
• Provide on-site technical support and service reports documenting observations and commitments.
• Adhere to safety policies and quality procedures; use AL system tools for service workflow.
