Job summary

Arrow Food Group is seeking a Sales Supervisor to lead market development and field execution across the assigned territory in Saudi Arabia. You will drive growth by acquiring new accounts, ensuring proper merchandising, and resolving operational issues in collaboration with the sales team.

You will coach VSRs, monitor performance, and provide training and feedback while maintaining strong customer service and product presentation standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, sales, marketing or a related field.
• Proven experience in field sales, preferably FMCG or route-to-market operations.
• Strong leadership, coaching, communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market visits, identify opportunities, acquire targeted new accounts, and follow up on prospective customers.
• Ensure packages, Arrow execution, equipment, merchandising standards, and planograms are implemented per outlet classification.
• Accompany and evaluate each VSR in the field at least once every two weeks using the FAR.
• Coach team members, address development needs, deliver training, monitor progress, and provide recognition and feedback.
• Support delivery, account management, merchandising, and equipment deployment based on business size.
