Job summary

A global manufacturing company in Saudi Arabia seeks an experienced sales professional to execute sales strategies and build strong customer relationships in the Eastern Province. Candidates should have a minimum of 7 years of sales experience in construction materials. Strong preference is given for those with knowledge in waterproofing products. The role involves travel and close collaboration with various partners to achieve sales and profitability targets. Fluent English is required.

Job description
  • Execute the sales strategy and develop action plans for the assigned territory in line with business priorities
  • Drive and monitor implementation of the regional pricing strategy
  • Build, maintain, and grow strong relationships with customers across the assigned area
  • Lead the execution of key strategic sales initiatives within the territory
  • Deliver sales, distribution, and profitability targets (including volume, gross profit, and contribution margins)
  • Ensure effective territory coverage and identify cross-selling opportunities to maximize sales and profit potential
  • Coordinate activities across key internal interfaces and ensure timely completion of administrative requirements
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Customer Service, Supply Chain, and other stakeholders to ensure full commercial support
  • Coordinate with Key Account Management teams on customer prioritization and strategic alignment
  • Ensure compliant execution of all sales processes, including pricing governance and customer data management
  • Prepare and manage sales forecasts, monitor KPIs, and take corrective actions when needed
  • Manage and develop relationships with distribution partners, including performance and financial monitoring
