Job summary

NEOM Green Hydrogen Company in Neom seeks an ASU & Utilities Field Operator to join the O&M team. You will operate field processes including Air Separation Unit, Cooling Water, Demin Water, Instrument Air, water treatment and N2 pipeline, aligning with safety and site procedures.

The role requires 3 years in related operation, rotating shifts, on-call, and training duties; you will support shutdowns, manage samples, and contribute to site management systems while maintaining strong

Qualifications

• High school diploma in a technical discipline; minimum 3 years related plant field operation experience.
• Strong safety focus and background.
• Experience handling PFDs, P&IDs and related diagrams.
• Good command of written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Operate the ASU & Utilities field plants safely and reliably per NGHC standards.
• Monitor EH&S compliance for daily activities at the plants.
• Assist in updating operating procedures.
