Job summary

GeologicAI is seeking a field technician to operate rock-scanning robots in labs and remote field environments. You will prep core samples for scanning, run and maintain equipment, and process scan data with our software to deliver high-quality geological insights.

You will engage with client geologists, ensuring data is accurate and actionable while demonstrating strong technical skills and a hands-on approach on long shifts.

Qualifications

• Experience or knowledge of geological concepts is required.
• Strong technical skills and ability to work in a remote field environment.
• Experience with Excel and databases.
• Some coding experience is a plus.
• Proficient with Word and basic office software.
• Comfortable using hand and power tools and basic mechanical knowledge.
• Experience in client-facing communication or customer service.
• Must speak English fluently.
