Job summary

MADI International in Riyadh is seeking an Account Executive to drive sales across beauty, cosmetics and FMCG brands. You will manage customer relationships, push sell-out, monitor inventory, and coordinate with finance on collections, while expanding the client base and acquiring new accounts in the territory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Valid driving license is mandatory.
• 1–3 years of sales experience, preferably in beauty, cosmetics, or FMCG.
• Proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar sales role.
• Sales-related certifications are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly sales targets by customer and brand.
• Drive sell-out performance through regular client follow-ups.
• Monitor stock levels to prevent overstocking and stock shortages.
• Align sales activities with market demand.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and follow-ups.
• Ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery.
• Identify and acquire new customers within the assigned territory.
• Expand business with existing clients through new SKUs and brands.
• Achieve annual new customer acquisition targets.
• Identify new sales opportunities in the market.
• Achieve collection targets in line with company policies.
• Monitor outstanding balances and customer statements of account.
• Ensure compliance with credit terms and company SOPs.
• Coordinate with the Finance team to ensure timely collections.
• Follow company procedures for customers with overdue payments.
• Ensure strong brand visibility and presence at retail outlets.
• Implement planograms, displays, FSDUs, and gondolas.
• Optimize shelf space and share of shelf.
• Maintain brand standards and merchandising guidelines.
• Prepare accurate sales forecasts and monitor stock availability.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain to ensure product availability.
• Monitor competitor pricing, promotions, and market activities.
• Identify market trends and business opportunities.
• Submit weekly and monthly reports and maintain accurate sales records.
• Plan customer visits and routes efficiently.
