Role Description

The primary responsibilities of the Field Compliance Coordinator (Hse Safety & Environment) include overseeing and ensuring safety and environmental regulatory compliance in daily operations. The role involves conducting audits, delivering training programs, maintaining compliance documentation, implementing safety protocols, and supporting the enhancement of workplace safety culture. The individual will also play a key role in identifying risks, providing recommendations for mitigation, and ensuring adherence to industry best practices and government regulations.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s Degree in Science or Engineering and have at least 15-20 years of work experience in the environmental management field.

A Master’s Degree in an Environmental or Natural Science or a closely related field may be an advantage.
