Job summary

NOV is seeking a Field Coordinator in Saudi Arabia to oversee certification, calibration, and inspection activities for solids control equipment. You will work with field teams, clients, and internal stakeholders to ensure equipment is certified, calibrated, and compliant before deployment.

Strong focus on documentation and timely renewals. The role requires coordinating with third‑party cert bodies, maintaining records, and ensuring readiness of tools and instruments per industry standards.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in logistics, dispatching, or a related role, preferably in oil and gas.
• Knowledge of equipment certification requirements and inspection standards.
• Experience coordinating third‑party inspections and audits.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in scheduling and dispatching software/tools.
• Knowledge of safety regulations in the oil and gas industry.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate certification management for equipment, tools, and lifting gear.
• Maintain a certification register and track expiry dates.
• Coordinate calibration and testing with service providers.
• Arrange third‑party inspections and certification services.
• Ensure compliance documentation is complete and accessible.
• Generate reports on certification, calibration, and inspection status.
• Support audits with required documentation.
