Key Responsibilities

• Blueprint Mastery: Read and interpret blueprint designs and sketches to understand job requirements.
• Machine Setup: Set up and calibrate laser cutting machines based on job specifications.
• Parameter Selection: Choose the proper machine parameters (gas, lens, and nozzle) for cutting jobs.
• Nesting Jobs: Perform nesting tasks to maximize material utilization and reduce scrap and downtime.
• Process Monitoring: Monitor machines during the cutting process to ensure optimal performance.
• Troubleshooting: Address any technical or machine issues that arise.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure finished products meet quality standards and specifications.
