Job summary

Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a Senior Manager – FF&E & OS&E responsible for leading planning, procurement, delivery, and installation of furniture and equipment across hospitality projects. You will manage the entire lifecycle including strategic planning, procurement, logistics, and quality assurance.

The ideal candidate has a relevant degree and over 9 years of experience in luxury hotel projects. The position offers a chance to be part of Saudi Arabia’s ambitious city developments.

Qualifications

• 9+ years of experience in FF&E and OS&E management within hospitality projects.
• Proven experience in delivering luxury hotels and large-scale hospitality developments.
• Strong familiarity with operator requirements and hotel operational needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead FF&E and OS&E activities from concept through hotel opening.
• Develop and manage procurement schedules and installation programs.
• Act as primary contact for all FF&E and OS&E matters in assigned projects.
