Job summary

Talent Blueprint FZ LLC is seeking a dedicated professional to manage FF&E logistics for a major continental multi-sport event in Riyadh. You will oversee sourcing to return across all event areas, planning requirements, deliveries, warehousing and site coordination.

Ideal candidates will have 2+ years of FF&E logistics or equipment management, strong inventory control and ability to coordinate across multiple sites under tight deadlines in a fast-paced event setting.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in FF&E logistics, event overlay or equipment management, preferably in leadership roles at international events.
• Strong inventory control, warehousing and supplier management properties.
• Experience coordinating deliveries, installations and collections across multiple sites.
• Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills in fast-paced event environments.

Role Overview

Manages the furniture, fixtures, and equipment supply chain from sourcing to return across all event areas.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan FF&E requirements, orders, deliveries and warehousing across event areas.
• Manage inventory control, tracking and distribution to designated venues.
• Coordinate FF&E installation, daily replenishment, collection and dismantling.
• Liaise with suppliers and logistics teams to ensure timely deliveries and collections.
• Monitor stock levels and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Manage equipment returns and report any damaged, missing or lost items.
• Coordinate logistics across multiple sites, ensuring deadlines and operational requirements are met.

Qualifications & Experience

• At least 2 years of experience in FF&E logistics, event overlay or equipment management, preferably in a leadership role at international sports events or other large-scale events.
• Strong inventory control, warehousing and supplier management skills.
• Experience coordinating deliveries, installations and collections across multiple sites.
• Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and tight deadlines.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced event environment.
