Job summary

Client of Fitstaff seeks a Lagree Instructor in Medina, Saudi Arabia. You will deliver engaging Lagree group classes, ensuring safety, high-energy coaching, and premium client experience. You will foster a welcoming studio community and support clients in achieving health goals.

Ideal candidates have a Lagree Instructor Certification with at least 2 years of teaching experience and strong English communication. Arabic is a plus. Female applicants are encouraged to apply for this position.

Responsibilities

• Lead dynamic Lagree group classes following the official Lagree Method.

• Ensure safe use of Megaformer equipment and provide modifications.
• Onboard new members and introduce them to Lagree.
• Maintain a clean, professional studio environment and punctual attendance.

About the Role

As a Lagree Instructor you will deliver engaging and results-driven group classes while ensuring every client enjoys a safe motivating and premium fitness experience. You'll play an important role in building a supportive studio culture and helping clients achieve their health and wellness goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead dynamic group Lagree classes following the official Lagree Method
• Demonstrate exercises with excellent technique and provide clear coaching cues
• Ensure the safe and correct use of Megaformer equipment
• Offer modifications and progressions to accommodate varying fitness levelsMotivate and support clients throughout every class
• Assist with onboarding new members and introducing them to the Lagree method
• Build lasting relationships with clients and foster a welcoming community atmosphere
• Maintain a clean organised and professional studio environment
• Adhere to studio policies and maintain punctuality for all scheduled classes

We’re Looking For

• Certified Lagree Instructor Minimum of 2 years teaching experience
• Experience delivering group Lagree classes
• Strong communication skills in English spoken and written
• Arabic is advantageous but not essential
• Passionate about health fitness and client transformation
• Positive enthusiastic patient ambitious innovative and sociable personality

Package amp Benefits

• Salary SAR 6 000 per month negotiable for the right candidate
• 15 commission on private sessions conducted during working hours

Working Schedule

Six days per week Split shifts 10 00 AM 1 00 PM 4 00 PM 10 00 PM Approximately 5 classes per day

Certified Lagree Instructor.Minimum of 2 years' teaching experience. Experience delivering group Lagree classes. Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written).
