Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Sciences, Agronomy, or related field; master's degree is an advantage.
• Minimum 8 years of progressive farm management experience, incl. greenhouse/open-field operations.

Responsibilities

• Develop seasonal and annual crop production plans for greenhouse and open-field areas.
• Implement integrated crop management (ICM) including soil prep, irrigation, pest control, and post-harvest handling.
• Oversee farm operations, machinery, irrigation, inputs handling, and biosecurity/GAP compliance.
• Recruit, train, and evaluate farm staff; manage schedules and performance.
• Prepare annual farm budget and monitor expenditures with regular reporting.
• Ensure compliance with MEWA guidelines, safety, and environmental plans.
• Produce weekly and monthly reports; coordinate with sales for production planning.
• Maintain cost records per crop cycle and asset depreciation with finance.
