Job summary

Siemens Energy in Saudi Arabia seeks a Head of Controlling (Factory Finance Controller) for the GIS factory in Dammam to drive end-to-end cost control and budgeting with IFRS governance. You will lead cost accounting, variance analysis, and inventory valuation while partnering with plant management to improve efficiency and financial transparency.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years in financial controlling within manufacturing
• Certified CMA/CPA/CA or equivalent
• Strong IFRS knowledge and internal controls experience
• Experience leading finance teams and partnering with operations
• Budgeting, forecasting and financial modeling expertise

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end factory cost controlling and variance analysis
• Establish KPIs to drive cost optimization and performance
• Manage product costing, inventory valuation, and scrap controls
• Lead budgeting process and monthly forecasting for the plant
• Provide insights and corrective actions to plant management
• Maintain internal controls in line with IFRS and SOX compliance
