Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Facility Administrator to join our team in Khobar, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our facilities, including our showroom, service center, and administrative offices. This is a full-time, permanent position with opportunities for growth and advancement within the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of all facilities, including regular cleaning, repairs, and renovations.
• Manage the procurement of necessary supplies and equipment for the facilities.
• Develop and implement facility policies and procedures to ensure a safe and comfortable environment for employees and customers.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for any necessary repairs or renovations.
• Monitor and track facility expenses to ensure budget compliance.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify any potential hazards or maintenance issues.
• Respond promptly to any facility emergencies or security concerns.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure facility needs are met and operations run smoothly.
