Job summary

Assayel Arabia Real Estate Company is seeking a Facilities Supervisor to oversee day-to-day monitoring of outsourced service providers and resolve tenant/site complaints across properties. You will track service levels against SLAs, review vendor performance data and escalate issues to the Facilities Manager as needed.

Responsibilities include maintaining logs for service type, location and resolution time, ensuring timely resolution, and supporting vendor contract administration and renewals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent in business/related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience required in facilities/records management.
• Experience in contract management, procurement and risk monitoring.
• Analytical thinking, problem solving and strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

Job Purpose:

Responsible for supervising day-to-day monitoring of outsourced facilities service providers and managing tenant/site complaint resolution across assigned properties, ensuring service quality and SLA compliance.

Main Responsibilities

• Policies and Procedures Recommend improvements to departmental policies.
• Support implementation of procedures and controls.
• Suggest improvements to current policies and procedures.
• Vendor & Service Provider Performance Monitoring Monitor and track outsourced service providers against SLA and contractual obligations.
• Review site inspection findings and vendor performance data.
• Escalate recurring or unresolved issues to the Facilities Manager.
• Tenant Complaint Management Log tenant and site complaints across all channels.
• Maintain a structured tracking log by service type, location, and resolution time.
• Ensure timely resolution and escalation.
• Facilities Coordination & Reporting Act as the primary day-to-day point of contact between the Facilities Manager, tenants, and outsourced service providers.
• Support monitoring of utility service continuity and reporting discrepancies.
• Vendor Contract & Records Administration Follow up on existing vendor contracts, including renewal dates and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with agreed terms.
• Maintain facilities administrative records, including service logs, complaint records, and contract renewal dates.
• Tenant Satisfaction Monitoring Track and report Tenant Satisfaction Survey results.
• Work with the Facilities Manager to identify improvement areas.

Job Specifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field — Preferred.

Certification: None required.

Experience: Minimum 2 years — Required.
