Job summary

Client of Eram Talent seeks an Operations Engineer to oversee the NEOM Primary Nursery Facility's electro-mechanical systems and services. You will monitor performance, coordinate maintenance, and ensure safety, efficiency, and reliability across facility operations.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Electro-Mechanical Engineering.
4–6 years of experience in Facility Management or Facility Operations.
Experience operating MEP and electro-mechanical systems.

Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate daily operation of all MEP and electro-mechanical systems.
Monitor and control equipment such as MCCs, pumps, VFDs, fans, instrumentation, gensets, AHUs, chillers.
Plan operational activities and coordinate maintenance and projects.
Inspect and monitor system performance for readiness and compliance.
Investigate alarms and set points; implement corrective actions.
Respond to emergencies and outages.
Support RCA investigations and corrective actions.
Manage contractors delivering Janitorial, Horticulture, Pest Control, Waste Management, and Office Services.
Address customer concerns and monitor service delivery against KPIs.
