Job summary

Khidmah is seeking an experienced FM professional to lead MEP Operations & Maintenance in Saudi Arabia. The role requires minimum 5 years in Facilities Management and hands-on knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, firefighting, and building systems.

You will oversee preventive and corrective maintenance across multiple sites, manage technical teams, contractors, and ensure HSE and quality standards. Proficiency in MS Office and reporting is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Facilities Management and MEP Operations & Maintenance.
• Experience in managing preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Experience in managing technical teams, contractors, and subcontractors.
• Strong knowledge of HSE, quality standards, and maintenance procedures.
