Job summary

Eram Talent is seeking an Operations Engineer to oversee the NEOM Primary Nursery Facility's electro-mechanical systems and maintenance services, including janitorial, horticulture, pest control, waste management, and office services.

You will monitor KPI performance, ensure safety and reliability, handle emergencies, coordinate contractors, and drive continuous improvements in energy efficiency and end-user satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Electro-Mechanical Engineering or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily operation of all MEP and electro-mechanical systems.
• Monitor and control equipment including MCCs, pumps, VFDs, fans, instrumentation, generators, AHUs, chillers.
