Job summary

NOV is seeking a skilled fabricator in the Eastern Province to mark layouts and fabricate heavy structures such as masts and substructures. You will cut, bevel, grind, and finish components using gas torches and precision tools, ensuring accurate measurements and quality control.

The role requires 3+ years of fabrication experience in Oil & Gas projects, familiarity with welding gauges, tapes, and other fabrication tools, and adherence to safety regulations on site.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years fabrication experience on oil and gas projects.
• Experience with tools and measuring devices for fabrication.
• Basic educational background as stated.

Responsibilities

• Take responsibilities on marking layouts for fabrication of heavy structure like Mast and Substructure, Mud systems etc.
• Cutting and bevelling material such as beam, tubing, channels, angles using gas torch.
• Grind bevels and ensure proper edge angles.
• Use measuring tools and fabrication tools and weld gauges.
• Check quantities and sizes of received material from prep shop.
• Maintain clean, safe work area and follow safety rules.
