Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• CA or CFA qualification mandatory.
• Minimum 15 years in corporate finance, investment banking, or related field.
• At least 4 years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven track record in leading M&A transactions, investment management, and maintaining banking relationships.
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
• Excellent negotiation and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead M&A opportunities to support strategic growth objectives.
• Oversee due diligence, financial modeling, and integration planning.
• Collaborate with legal, tax, and operational teams to structure deals.
• Develop and implement investment strategies and capital allocation.
