Unity Holding Company in Jeddah seeks an Executive Chef to lead our kitchen and elevate Lebanese/Mediterranean cuisine with modern presentation.

You will oversee menu creation, food quality, cost control, and team development, ensuring high-volume operations run smoothly while maintaining authentic flavors. A degree in Culinary Arts and 7+ years of leadership in high-end kitchens is preferred; English fluency required with Arabic preferred.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of proven experience as an Executive Chef or Head Chef in high-end Lebanese/Levant cuisine.
• Mastery of traditional Lebanese cooking, baking, spicing, and charcoal grilling.
• Strong leadership and workflow management in fast-paced kitchens.
• Up-to-date Food Safety / HACCP certification required.

Responsibilities

• Design, refine, and execute authentic Lebanese menus and seasonal specials.
• Oversee kitchen operations, ensure presentation, portion control, and speed.
• Recruit, train, and mentor kitchen staff; build accountability and teamwork.
• Enforce HACCP and food safety standards.
• Manage food costs, inventory, and supplier relationships.
