Job summary

A leading medical technology company is looking for an administrative support professional to provide confidential assistance to Country Managers and Regional Directors in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience and advanced Microsoft Office skills.   • Manage Diary, e-mails and travel arrangements for Country Managers & Regional Commercial Directors.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to collect input for the newsletter.
  • Attend and minute important meetings, and prepare PowerPoint presentations.

Work Flexibility: Onsite

What You Will Do:
  • Provide daily confidential support to Country Managers & Regional Commercial Directors.

  • Manage Diary, e-mails flagging with urgent action and bookings of Country Managers & Regional Commercial Directors as well as travel arrangements.

  • Collaborate with different stakeholders to collect the input for the newsletter and define the content.

  • Manage other e-mail channels like Marketo for communication campaigns.

  • Support the Country Managers & Regional Commercial Directors in setting up the town halls or events, either live or virtually and drive the communication.

  • Attend and minute important meetings, type up plans and communicate with direct reports and prepare advanced PowerPoint presentations, coordinate key events.

  • Updating budget lists and management of compliance paperwork, filing and documenting.

  • Complete monthly expense report for Country Managers & Regional Commercial Directors, also ensuring that financial procedures are followed in relation to purchase orders, etc.

  • Coordinate on the office management tasks for Riyadh office

What You Need:
  • Educational degree in a relevant field

  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar position

  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint

  • Touch typing and audio typing to 80 words per minute

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Strong organizational skills

  • Time Management skills

  • Ability to work independently
