A leading medical technology company is looking for an administrative support professional to provide confidential assistance to Country Managers and Regional Directors in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience and advanced Microsoft Office skills. Responsibilities include managing diaries, coordinating events, and supporting communication efforts. A strong ability to work independently is essential for success in this role.
Work Flexibility: Onsite
Provide daily confidential support to Country Managers & Regional Commercial Directors.
Manage Diary, e-mails flagging with urgent action and bookings of Country Managers & Regional Commercial Directors as well as travel arrangements.
Collaborate with different stakeholders to collect the input for the newsletter and define the content.
Manage other e-mail channels like Marketo for communication campaigns.
Support the Country Managers & Regional Commercial Directors in setting up the town halls or events, either live or virtually and drive the communication.
Attend and minute important meetings, type up plans and communicate with direct reports and prepare advanced PowerPoint presentations, coordinate key events.
Updating budget lists and management of compliance paperwork, filing and documenting.
Complete monthly expense report for Country Managers & Regional Commercial Directors, also ensuring that financial procedures are followed in relation to purchase orders, etc.
Coordinate on the office management tasks for Riyadh office
Educational degree in a relevant field
At least 3 years of experience in a similar position
Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint
Touch typing and audio typing to 80 words per minute
Excellent communication skills
Strong organizational skills
Time Management skills
Ability to work independently
Travel Percentage: 30%
