Job description

Pay rate will not be below any applicable local minimum wage rates.

What You Will Do
  • Provide daily confidential support to Country Managers & Regional Commercial Directors.
  • Manage diary, e-mails flagging with urgent action and bookings of Country Managers & Regional Commercial Directors as well as travel arrangements.
  • Collaborate with different stakeholders to collect the input for the newsletter and define the content.
  • Manage other e‑mail channels like Marketo for communication campaigns.
  • Support the Country Managers & Regional Commercial Directors in setting up the town halls or events, either live or virtually and drive the communication.
  • Attend and minute important meetings, type up plans and communicate with direct reports and prepare advanced PowerPoint presentations, coordinate key events.
  • Update budget lists and manage compliance paperwork, filing and documenting.
  • Complete monthly expense reports for Country Managers & Regional Commercial Directors, also ensuring that financial procedures are followed in relation to purchase orders, etc.
  • Coordinate on the office management tasks for Riyadh office.
What You Need
  • Educational degree in a relevant field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar position.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint.
  • Touch typing and audio typing to 80 words per minute.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently.
