We are looking for a high-caliber ( Manager - Executive Assistant ) to the General Manager who brings together strong administrative discipline, engineering acumen, and project management capability.

This is not a traditional admin role. The position sits at the heart of the business, supporting the GM across strategic planning, operational coordination, technical analysis, and cross-functional project execution. The ideal candidate acts as a trusted extension of the GM’s office, ensuring clarity, follow-through, and data-driven decision support across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Executive & Administrative Leadership Support
  • Act as the primary coordination point for the GM’s office, ensuring priorities, directives, and decisions are executed effectively.
  • Prepare executive-level presentations, reports, dashboards, and briefing notes for leadership and board-level discussions.
  • Manage complex schedules, travel, meetings, and confidential documentation with absolute discretion.
  • Record meeting minutes, track action items, and ensure timely follow-ups across departments.
Business Analysis & Performance Reporting
  • Analyze operational, financial, and KPI data to support management decision-making.
  • Develop and maintain monthly management reports, scorecards, and dashboards.
  • Identify performance gaps, trends, and improvement opportunities across functions.
Project & Strategic Initiative Management
  • Support and track strategic initiatives and special projects led by the GM.
  • Coordinate cross-functional project teams to ensure milestones, timelines, and deliverables are met.
  • Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and execution gaps, recommending corrective actions.
Technical & Operational Coordination
  • Liaise with engineering, operations, finance, supply chain, and commercial teams to resolve escalated issues.
  • Support technical, operational, and commercial assessments, including data validation and feasibility inputs.
  • Monitor operational bottlenecks and ensure alignment with business priorities.
Corporate Communication & Stakeholder Engagement
  • Draft official correspondence, reports, and communications on behalf of the GM.
  • Represent the GM professionally in internal forums, reviews, and coordination meetings.
  • Build strong working relationships with internal leadership and external stakeholders.
Continuous Improvement & Special Assignments
  • Conduct research, benchmarking, and process reviews to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Identify opportunities for workflow optimization, reporting automation, and governance improvements.
  • Lead or support special assignments and ad-hoc initiatives as directed by the GM.
🧩 Candidate Profile

Mandatory Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field, with strong exposure to technical and operational environments.
  • 5–7+ years of progressive experience in manufacturing, engineering, operations, or business support roles.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting senior leadership (GM / Director / Plant Head) in both administrative and strategic capacities.
  • Strong hands-on exposure to project coordination, performance tracking, executive reporting, and data-driven decision support.
Preferred Qualifications
  • MBA or Master’s degree in Engineering Management / Industrial Management.
  • Professional certifications such as PMP, Business Analysis, or Data Analytics.
  • Proven experience working in matrixed, cross-functional, and fast-paced industrial organizations.
Technical & Professional Skills
  • Strong command of project management methodologies and execution tracking.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, dashboards, and ERP systems.
  • Ability to translate technical and operational data into executive insights.
  • Excellent written and verbal business communication skills.
