Excavator Operator

In this role, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining excavating machinery to perform a variety of tasks, such as digging trenches, loading and unloading materials, and clearing debris. The ideal candidate will have previous experience as an excavator operator and possess a valid operator's license. You must also have strong attention to detail, be physically fit, and have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate excavating equipment according to safety guidelines and company standards
• Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure proper functioning
• Read and interpret construction plans and blueprints
• Dig trenches, level ground, and load/unload materials as required
• Communicate with team members to coordinate tasks effectively
• Adhere to project timelines and meet production goals
• Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards immediately
