We work with event agencies, exhibitions, brand activations, and corporate events to ensure events are deliveredon time, safely, and professionally.

This isnotan event planning or creative role.

This role is for someone who understandshow events actually work on the ground.

We are looking for an experiencedEvent Operations Managerto lead on-site execution and infrastructure coordination for events in Riyadh.

You will be responsible for managing vendors, supervising setup and teardown, coordinating manpower, and ensuring smooth operations from load-in to load-out.

Key Responsibilities

• Leadon-site operationsfor events (setup, live day, teardown)
• Coordinate with suppliers (stages, truss, lighting, booths, power, logistics)
• Manage site timelines and ensure deadlines are met
• Supervise crew, technicians, and labor teams
• Identify and solve on-site issues quickly and calmly
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and professional execution
• Communicate directly with agencies, organizers, and internal team
• Support planning of site layouts and operational workflows
