Job summary

Courtyard by Marriott Riyadh is seeking a non-management Sales & Marketing professional for a full-time on-site role on Olaya Street. You will handle guest calls, process reservations, and execute upselling strategies to maximize revenue while preserving guest loyalty.

You will also support the Sales & Marketing team with administrative tasks, train and motivate colleagues, and uphold Marriott standards in appearance, conduct, and service.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Related Work Experience: At least 2 years of related work experience.
• License or Certification: None

Responsibilities

• Resolve guest calls, requests or problems and provide effective solutions.
• Utilize sales techniques to maximize revenue while maintaining guest loyalty and encouraging upsells.
• Enter Marriott Rewards information and process reservations via phone, fax, or mail.
• Support Sales & Marketing with general office duties and communications.
• Assist management in training and motivating staff and serve as a role model.
• Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and adherence to company policies and standards.
