Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Mechanical or Automotive Engineering with 10+ years automotive experience in design and release of vehicle attributes
• Master of Science in Automotive Engineering with 8+ years automotive experience

Responsibilities

• Develop a team of engineers to address product and multi-variable problems in Drive Unit
• Mentor employees through technical/organizational challenges
• Create an environment for employees to succeed and implement data-driven problem solving
