Job summary

Saudi Gold Refinery (SGR) in Riyadh is seeking a Risk & ESG Strategy Manager to design and implement risk management frameworks. This role involves establishing compliance controls, monitoring operational exposures, and ensuring sustainability across SGR's operations.

The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience in risk management or ESG strategy, with a bachelor's degree in a relevant field. The position plays a critical role in supporting SGR's Vision 2030 mining targets by delivering comprehensive risk and sustainability reports.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in enterprise risk management, ESG strategy, or regulatory compliance.
• Proven experience designing OECD due diligence frameworks for mineral supply chains.
• Direct experience managing ISO 14001, ISO 45001, or LBMA audits.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the corporate risk register and update matrices quarterly.
• Manage sustainability software platforms for data capture.
• Ensure all refining permits and emissions monitoring remain current.
