Job summary

Tranquil seeks an ERP pre-sales consultant to bridge Sales, Project Management, and Technical teams from demos to go-live. You will explore client needs, deliver tailored ERP demonstrations, and craft proposals, RFP responses, and scope of work.

You will support discovery, answer technical questions, run pilots when needed, and coordinate with Implementation to ensure a smooth handover and successful onboarding for clients in contracting, trading, or manufacturing sectors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in ERP implementation; experience with contracting, trading, or manufacturing clients is preferred.
• Experience in ERP pre-sales or solution consulting, including product demos and proposal/RFP preparation.
• Strong presentation and communication skills; ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical decision-makers.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the sales team to run discovery sessions with prospects, qualify fit, and understand their business processes.
• Prepare and deliver ERP demos tailored to each prospect's industry (contracting, trading, manufacturing); set up demo environments.
• Conduct fit-gap analyses between requirements and ERP functionality; identify customizations or integrations needed.
• Support sales in proposals, RFP/RFQ responses, scope of work, and implementation effort estimates.
• Answer prospects' questions about modules, integrations, data migration, VAT and ZATCA e-invoicing compliance.
• Coordinate with implementation teams to ensure smooth handover and project documentation; ensure go-live readiness.
• Provide training and knowledge transfer to clients; ensure project closure and timely delivery.
