Job summary

P I E in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia seeks an IT & ERP Systems Specialist to oversee ERP, business applications, IT infrastructure, and information security. You will manage external vendors, review development requirements and deliverables, and supervise implementations and migrations to ensure cost-effective technology aligned with business needs.

The role requires a technically competent professional who can identify deficiencies, challenge unjustified charges, and ensure contractual deliverables

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in ERP administration, enterprise applications, IT systems management, or software implementation.
• Proven experience managing ERP vendors, software development projects, and system integrations.
• Ability to review technical specifications, evaluate quotations, and assess vendor deliverables.
• Experience with requirements analysis, testing, UAT, and change management.
• Experience with corporate email, Microsoft 365, directories, and IT security systems.
• ERP implementation, upgrades, or data migration experience.

Responsibilities

• ERP Management: administer, maintain, and improve the ERP system to align with operations.
• Vendor Management: act as technical contact with ERP providers and IT vendors and oversee deliverables.
• Requirements Analysis: gather and document business and technical requirements and identify gaps.
• Change Request Control: evaluate vendor change requests to prevent unnecessary costs.
• Technical Quality Assurance: review and test ERP enhancements against specifications.
• System Implementation & Migration: coordinate upgrades, migrations, and data transfers with minimal disruption.
• Software & Application Management: oversee licenses, integrations, and solutions.
• IT Infrastructure Administration: manage email, directories, devices, networks.
• Information Security: implement cybersecurity controls, access management, backups, DR procedures.
• Cost Optimization: monitor expenditures and vendor contracts to reduce costs.
• Technical Documentation: maintain accurate system configuration and change records.
• Internal Technical Support: provide user support and coordinate resolutions with external providers.
• Continuous Improvement: recommend automation and enhancements to increase efficiency.
