Job summary

Tishman Speyer Properties in Saudi Arabia seeks an experienced EPMS Engineer to drive issue resolution, testing, and handover of EPMS systems. You will coordinate with engineering contractors, vendors, and operations to ensure full functionality and compliance with project requirements.

Ideal candidates have 5–10+ years in electrical power systems, solid troubleshooting skills, and hands-on experience with SCADA/EMS/EPMS, FAT/SAT, and handover processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Power Systems required.
• 5–10+ years of experience in electrical power systems.
• Experience with commissioning and troubleshooting electrical monitoring and control systems.
• Proven track record in managing punch lists and closeout activities.

Responsibilities

• Issue Management and Closeout: review, prioritize, and manage EPMS punch list items and actions.
• Technical Support: EPMS architecture, hardware, software, networking, and system integration.
• Testing and Verification: develop and execute test procedures; witness retesting and closeout.
• Vendor and Contractor Coordination: interface with EPMS suppliers and EPC contractors; review submissions.
• Documentation and Handover: ensure as-built docs and operating manuals are complete; support final handover.
