SEA Ventures Group seeks an Entrepreneurship Professor to deliver high-quality teaching, mentoring, training and research in entrepreneurship, innovation and startup ecosystems. The role covers undergraduate to executive education, supervising projects, and collaborating with industry partners for practical learning.

Qualifications

• Ph.D. required with university-level teaching experience.
• Strong publication record in entrepreneurship/innovation.
• Practical entrepreneurship, startup, consulting, or industry experience.
• Experience supervising student projects, research or startups.
• Professional certifications in entrepreneurship or related fields are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver courses, modules, workshops and training.
• Facilitate executive education programmes and experiential activities.
• Supervise and mentor students, researchers and startups.
• Guide participants through business plans, feasibility studies and pitches.
• Conduct research and publish in entrepreneurship and related fields.
• Contribute to curriculum design, accreditation and program improvement.
• Develop learning materials, assessments and industry-aligned experiences.
• Engage with industry partners, investors and government entities.
• Organize conferences, seminars and entrepreneurship events.
• Assess performance and provide constructive feedback to learners.
• Stay updated on trends, technologies and best practices.
• Support entrepreneurship centres, incubators, and accelerators as needed.
