Job summary

SEA Ventures Group is seeking an Entrepreneurship Lecturer to deliver high-quality teaching, training, and mentorship across entrepreneurship, innovation, venture creation, and startup ecosystems. The role involves designing programs for undergraduate, postgraduate, diploma, executive education, and professional development, while mentoring students and collaborating with industry partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Entrepreneurship, Business Administration, Management, Innovation, or related field.
• Experience teaching or delivering training in entrepreneurship or innovation.
• Experience delivering workshops or executive education programs.
• Practical entrepreneurship experience or consultancy is preferred.
• Publications or applied research desirable.

Responsibilities

• Deliver courses, modules, workshops, and training in entrepreneurship and startup topics.
• Design course content, assessments, and case studies aligned with standards.
• Facilitate engaging classroom sessions and executive education programs.
• Mentor students and entrepreneurs in developing business ideas and pitches.
• Guide incubation projects and feasibility studies; monitor outcomes.
• Collaborate with industry partners to strengthen ecosystems.
• Participate in curriculum development and institutional committees.
• Represent the program in conferences and events.
