Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
• Minimum two years’ experience managing entrepreneurship programs.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong service orientation with good human relations.

Responsabilidades

• Consult with students to assess ideas and needs and provide guidance.
• Connect students with mentors, advisors, and funding opportunities.
• Organize monthly events: speakers, networking, and workshops.
• Collaborate with departments to support entrepreneurship initiatives.
• Implement KPI-driven strategies within deadlines.
• Develop and execute a marketing plan to raise centre visibility.
• Coordinate data collection to assess impact and outcomes.
• Prepare programmatic and financial reports.
• Draft and revise centre policies and procedures.
• Assist in additional duties as assigned by the line manager.
