Job summary

Cloud Consultancy - CCDS in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia is seeking an experienced Cybersecurity Architecture Specialist to design, review, and govern secure enterprise architectures across applications, infrastructure, networks, integrations, and cloud services. This 13-month project-based engagement will emphasize risk identification and secure design.

You will collaborate with IAM, SOC, GRC, and other teams to embed security across solution lifecycles, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of enterprise cybersecurity architecture experience.
• Strong expertise in: application security, infrastructure security, network security, cloud security, IAM, encryption, security integration.
• Proven experience in security design reviews and technical governance.
• Strong experience in threat and risk assessments.
• Knowledge of secure architecture patterns and security control frameworks.
• Strong understanding of Zero Trust and defense-in-depth principles.
• Knowledge of secure SDLC practices.

Responsibilities

• Review solution and enterprise architectures to identify security risks, gaps, and weaknesses.
• Define security architecture requirements, patterns, reference designs, and technical control recommendations.
• Review application, infrastructure, network, firewall, segmentation, API, third-party integration, and cloud designs.
• Provide guidance on defense in depth, Zero Trust, isolation, least privilege, secure connectivity, and resilient architecture.
• Conduct architecture risk assessments and document findings, remediation actions, exceptions, and residual risks.
• Participate in project design reviews, security approval gates, and technical change reviews.
• Contribute to the enterprise cybersecurity architecture roadmap.
• Ensure security architecture aligns with Ministry policies, NCA controls, and recognized industry standards.
• Coordinate with application, infrastructure, network, cloud, IAM, SOC, and GRC teams.
• Translate cybersecurity risks and regulatory requirements into practical architecture decisions.
• Support effective security governance throughout solution lifecycles.
