Job summary

DS DeepSource is seeking a Security Engineer to secure cloud environments, with a strong emphasis on AWS and Azure. Saudi nationals only. You will design security architectures, manage IAM, detect threats, and drive compliance across cloud platforms.

Preferred CCSP or AWS Security - Specialty certs and hands-on IaC (Terraform, CloudFormation) experience are valued. Collaboration with cross-functional teams will be essential to secure SDLC processes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in cloud security roles, with AWS and Azure focus.
• CCSP or AWS Certified Security - Specialty preferred.
• Proficient in cloud security best practices and security tooling (SIEM/IDS/IPS, firewalls).
• Familiarity with container security (Docker, Kubernetes).

Responsibilities

• Design and implement security architectures for cloud solutions, especially AWS and Azure.
• Configure IAM roles, policies, and permissions for strong access controls.
• Monitor cloud environments for security events; respond to incidents and perform vulnerability assessments.
• Ensure compliance with cybersecurity policies and standards (ISO 27001, NIST).
• Develop automation scripts and IaC using Terraform and CloudFormation.
• Collaborate with development, operations, and compliance teams to integrate security into SDLC.
