Responsibilities

• Develop ERM policies, procedures, and controls covering all areas of assigned ERM activity and provide continuous improvement recommendations.
• Develop ERM strategic and operational plans aligned with WTCO’s strategy, vision, mission, and objectives.
• Develop an ERM budget and identify cost reduction or performance improvement opportunities.
• Fulfill ESG responsibilities and requirements in line with strategy and ESG initiatives.
• Set ERM KPIs and monitor progress toward WTCO objectives; advise on human resources needs.
