Job summary

Saudi Azm عزم السعودية is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise projects across multiple teams. You will develop detailed plans, define scope and success criteria, and manage budgets, resources, risks, and changes to meet objectives.

The role requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with 5+ years in project management and proficiency with Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies. English is essential, Arabic preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in project management, with significant experience managing enterprise-scale projects.
• Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional technology or digital transformation projects.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, and/or Waterfall.
• Experience with project governance, PMO processes, risk management, budgeting, and stakeholder management.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong experience working with senior stakeholders and executive management.
• PMP, PRINCE2, PMI-ACP, or similar certification is preferred.
• Experience in Saudi Arabia or working with government/enterprise clients is a strong advantage.
• Excellent command of English; Arabic is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establish effective communication and reporting mechanisms for senior management and key stakeholders.
• Monitor project performance against agreed KPIs, SLAs, scope, schedule, and budget.
• Identify potential risks and proactively develop mitigation and contingency plans.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
• Facilitate project governance meetings, steering committees, and status reviews.
• Ensure project documentation, decisions, action items, and lessons learned are properly maintained.
• Manage vendors and third-party partners where applicable.
• Ensure projects are delivered in accordance with AZM standards, methodologies, and quality requirements.
• Support continuous improvement of project management practices, processes, and tools.
