Job summary

Job Objective

Teach English language according to the curricula and educational plans adopted by the school, and develop students’ skills in listening, speaking, reading, and writing, while providing an engaging learning environment that takes individual differences into account and contributes to raising academic achievement and promoting practical use of the English language.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Prepare lesson plans and daily lesson preparation according to the approved curriculum.
• Deliver lessons using modern, interactive teaching methods and strategies.
• Develop students’ skills in listening, speaking, reading, and writing.
• Prepare tests, activities, and ongoing assessments to measure students’ levels.
• Monitor students’ academic performance and identify areas of weakness and strength.
• Prepare remedial plans for low-achieving students and enrichment plans for high achievers.
• Manage the classroom and maintain a positive, motivating learning environment.
• Use available educational technologies and platforms in the educational process.
• Participate in school activities, programs, and educational events.
• Collaborate with the administration and the educational body to achieve the school’s objectives.
• Communicate with parents/guardians when needed to follow up on academic and behavioral progress.
• Comply with the regulations, bylaws, and instructions adopted by the school.
