Job summary

MDS for Computer Systems (MDS CS) is seeking a Site Project Engineer to lead and supervise on-site construction projects in Riyadh. The role focuses on delivering projects on time, within budget, and in conformance with technical specifications.

You will formulate parameters, coordinate resources, monitor schedules, and ensure safety and quality across on-site activities while reporting to your direct manager. This position requires a engineering degree and hands-on project experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field required.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant site project experience.

Job Scope

The Site Project Engineer is responsible for managing, engineering construction projects and ensuring the proper implementation of project deliverables. S/He supervises and provides technical advice to the staff on site to complete the project on time and within budget.

Main Duties And Responsibilities

• Formulate project parameters and ensure technical feasibility and desired quality in coordination with the direct manager
• Coordinate and allocate internal resources to deliver customer outcomes
• Prepare, schedule, coordinate and monitor assigned projects on site
• Cooperate regularly with the direct manager and report updates on budgets, schedules, plans and performance of site projects
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to create more efficient project methods and maintain project’s profitability
• Create a framework to measure the project’s metrics and data collection while recommending improvements
• Establish field test methods, conduct regular quality checks and ensure the project’s compliance with applicable practices, policies, performance standards and specifications
• Conduct regular safety inspections and ensure abidance by occupational health and safety measuresPrepare site reports and maintain comprehensive project documentation
• Manage changes to the project scope, schedule and cost in coordination with the direct manager
