About the Role

Are you passionate about delivering cutting‑edge in‑flight entertainment and connectivity solutions that elevate the passenger experience?

You will support the Manager, Technical Services In‑Flight Entertainment & Connectivity to deliver operational excellence, ensuring the Riyadh Air fleet is safe, compliant, reliable, on‑time, and defect‑free. As a subject matter expert for IFE & Connectivity systems, you'll manage comprehensive defect resolution with precision and efficiency.

In this role, you will drive airworthiness compliance through strategic implementation of Airworthiness Directives, mandatory modifications, Service Bulletins, and STCs, utilizing cost‑benefit analysis to maintain industry‑leading fleet standards. You will provide strategic technical guidance on system functionality, organize workload prioritization to resolve branding and operation‑critical issues, and collaborate with line and base maintenance teams to deliver rapid resolution of complex technical challenges.

You can expect to maintain strategic partnerships with vendors, OEMs, manufacturers, MROs, and internal stakeholders to leverage collective expertise and drive innovative solutions. You'll develop clear engineering instructions and technical reports that translate complex information into actionable guidance, create comprehensive procedural documentation, and integrate user feedback with technical solutions to ensure operational requirements are met while maintaining the highest standards of system performance.

About You

Degree qualified in Aviation, Engineering, or other relevant fields, you will demonstrate 5+ years of progressive experience in Commercial Aviation Engineering within a Part‑CAMO environment, with in‑depth expertise in Technical Services for IFE & Connectivity solutions.

You are expected to possess a proven track record in aircraft modifications, upgrade programs, and OEM technical support, with strong project management capabilities and excellent skills in supplier and manufacturer relationship management. You will bring exceptional interpersonal abilities with the capacity to motivate, influence, and persuade effectively across cross‑functional teams.
