Job summary

Qiddiya Investment Company 1 is seeking a Manager of IT Delivery Management to ensure end-to-end delivery of technology products and services. You will bridge business stakeholders, product and technology teams, vendors, and executives to ensure scope, budget, quality, and timelines are met.

The role coordinates with architects, cybersecurity, and operations, tracks progress, removes blockers, and oversees testing and release activities to deliver business value in production.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in IT project delivery, program management, or technology implementation.

Responsibilities

• Get the requirements from business and product teams.
• Coordinate solution design with architects.
• Align with cybersecurity and compliance teams.
• Manage vendor contracts and statements of work.
• Create the delivery roadmap.
• Track development progress.
• Remove blockers affecting teams.
• Manage testing and release activities.
• Ensure production deployment is successful.
• Monitor post-production issues.
• Report delivery status to executives.
• The Delivery Manager is accountable for ensuring the feature is delivered successfully and provides business value.
