Job summary

Qiddiya | القدية is seeking an experienced IT Security professional to lead readiness governance, testing orchestration, and handover for corporate and asset IT Security programs. You will enforce gates, manage risk, and produce validation packs for multiple projects.

You will oversee end-to-end test planning, defect management, and run readiness, coordinating with design, operations, and security stakeholders to ensure first-pass acceptance and timely cutovers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity or equivalent from a recognized and accredited university is required.
• Master's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity or equivalent from a recognized and accredited university is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Readiness governance and gates across environments; verify prerequisites.
• Supervise Go/No-Go forums and document risks, exceptions, and controls.
• Maintain change calendars aligned to asset windows and blackout periods.
• Supervise the build of end-to-end test plans for functional, negative, resilience, and integration scenarios.
• Ensure observer participation for test credibility.
• Manage defect triage; track fixes and re-tests; escalate blockers.
• Compile validation packs with plans, results, evidence, and traceability.
• Ensure first-pass acceptance by QA/Excellence and resolve returns quickly.
• Validate runbooks, monitoring/alerting, and L1/L2 training completion; confirm SLOs.
