About The Role The Employee Restaurant Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the employee dining facility, ensuring that all colleagues enjoy high-quality meals in a welcoming, clean, and efficient environment. This role ensures the smooth coordination of meal service, maintains food safety and hygiene standards, and fosters a positive dining experience that supports employee well-being and satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Four Seasons Hotel Riyadh – Prime location in the heart of the capital, within the Kingdom Tower. Areas of responsibility include the Employees Staff Restaurant. The hotel offers three exceptional restaurant venues with a seating capacity of 250 guests. Our event facilities feature 7,213 square meters (77,640 square feet) of space for a wide range of events. The Spa and Wellness area includes a world‑class spa with 8 treatment rooms for male guests and 1 treatment room for female guests, a high-end fitness center, and a dedicated Spa department of 25 colleagues dedicated to exceptional service.

Knowledge And Skills / Qualifications
  • Previous experience in food & beverage supervision, staff dining operations, hospitality role
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills with the ability to manage a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to engage with employees from diverse backgrounds
  • Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards
  • Ability to manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of F&B or POS systems is an advantage
  • Passion for delivering high-quality service and enhancing the employee experience
