Job summary

Confidential is seeking an experienced Employee Relations Manager to join the HR team in Riyadh. You will lead employee relations matters, advise managers, help shape policies, and collaborate with leaders to implement people initiatives.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in HR or related field, proven employee relations experience, and strong knowledge of employment law. CIPD or similar qualification is preferred. Excellent communication and analytical skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in employee relations, HR or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of employment law, HR policies and employee relations best practices.
• CIPD or another relevant HR qualification is preferred.
