Job summary

You will operate within the club's scouting framework, attend live and online matches, build a network of contacts, and report insights to recruitment staff while aligning with the club's strategy.

Qualifications

• Formal scouting certification (e.g. PFSA, UEFA Talent ID, or equivalent).
• Coaching qualifications (UEFA License or equivalent).
• Experience in scouting or recruitment within a professional football environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate within the club’s scouting framework, methodology, and player profiling guidelines.
• Attend live and online matches to assess player performance as directed.
• Conduct detailed research on leagues and players aligned to the Emerging Talent Programme.
• Produce structured and objective scouting reports using club templates.
